Isaiah 61:1
HEB: לִשְׁבוּיִם֙ דְּר֔וֹר וְלַאֲסוּרִ֖ים פְּקַח־ קֽוֹחַ׃
NAS: to captives And freedom to prisoners;
KJV: and the opening of the prison to [them that are] bound;
INT: to captives liberty to prisoners and freedom
