Hithpa`el Imperfect2masculine singular עִםֿ עִקֵּשׁ תִּתְמַּתָּ֑ל Psalm 18:27 with the twisted thou dost deal tortuously = 2 Samuel 22:27 (so read for impossible תִּתַּמָּ֑ל).
